Anxiety Symptoms Test - Should You Take The Test?
You’ve heard of panic attacks but do you really understand what one is? Let me tell you it’s one of the most frightening things I’ve experienced. And it’s not even me suffering from them! My wife was driving our car, with me as a passenger when she got hit by a panic attack.
I sure wish we’d had the opportunity to know beforehand by taking a panic symptoms test. Sadly we had to find out with a full blown attack.
I don’t mind telling you I was scared to death. In my forty odd years on earth I’d seen nothing like the thing that my wife was in the grip of. That sounds about right “in the grip of”, as invisible giant hands were seemingly trying to squeeze her.
I bet there are a lot of people who are having these attacks and not understanding just what’s going on. They may be suffering at differing levels but they are still suffering. The good news is they don’t have to be. As frightening as they are they can be overcome.
My wife went through countless doctors who all came up with a similar story. They’d say its all in her head. They’d say there’s nothing to fear. Let me say here & now. I’ve seen someone have them and they are something to fear if you don’t know how to stop them quickly.
I could care less whether it’s in your head or not. If you are having an attack you certainly know about it. If you’ve experienced any of the following symptoms you may be a sufferer. If you see something you recognize in this list then act before you get a potentially deadly panic attack.
If you want to check out the number one (in my opinion) system to stop these attacks dead in their tracks then visit this link… Panic Away reviwed.
Some of the symptoms are…
Feeling the need to fiddle with something almost constantly. If you have to fiddle with something small or are finding it hard just to sit still then you may be building up to being a panic attack victim.
Do you frequently feel irritated for no reason You may be heading for trouble if you are feeling irritated al the time.
Do you seem to worry a lot If you seem to worry more than others about the things around you, like family, work, school etc then you may be leading up to being a victim of anxiety attacks.
Do you have heart palpitations & shallow breath This is one of the biggest indicators. If you have either then you should seek further help quickly as you may be a sufferer whether you realise or not.
