Medications can also be the cause of your child’s attacks. Side effects of some medicines may potentiate and increase the occurrence of panic episodes. Just make sure that you are heedful with the drugs you are giving your child as it may cause more damage than cure.
Lastly, panic attacks in children can also be because of their individuality. A child who is commonly aloof to others can possibly develop the disorder. A distant child finds difficulty in conveying oneself. If in case the child does not have any means of releasing tension and anger, there would come a point that it will pile up and then bring about a lot of stress by then.
A child is expected to be outside playing and discovering new things, not being locked up inside the house just to prevent panic episodes. A happy childhood is one of the best gifts you can give to your child; just assist him prevent panic attacks.
