Before each meditation exercise is worth 1 or 2 minutes to relax the body. One way is to imagine that the stress by moving all of your muscles and leaves your body thru your feet, reaching to the ground.

Beginning with the head, you have to feel just like the tension is watered down to the bottom of your face. Concentrate on the neck and imagine how the muscles relax and melt. Continue down the body, especially target the muscles of the shoulders and stomach. Keeps stress shifting to lower the body till it reaches the feet. At that point, imagine all the stress is quickly expelled from your feet and reaches the ground. Now re-focus your attention on your chest. Imagine there is a massive ocean of ?? peace in the middle of your chest. Take a moment to enjoy the peace that is in your being.
