Probiotic additions.  Probiotics are good bacteria while the source of yeast infection is a fungus called candida.  The probiotics suppress the expansion of bad bacteria so taking supplements will cure yeast infection.  You can also get probiotics by eating yoghurt and drinking cultured buttermilk.  If you’re going to use yoghurt, choose the plain kind.  Flavored yoghurt contains sugar which should only aggravate the infection. 

Some herbal oil are also said to help scale back yeast infection.  Oregano oil and tea tree oil can be used topically to stop the growth of yeast.  {However ,} tea tree oil shouldn’t be used at full strength because it has not been completely proved to be a reliable cure ; it has got to be diluted in water.  If anything more, it will scale back the irritation.
