Step 1: Keep your respiring relaxed and concentrate on extremely specific bits of your body, first the feet and fingers: one by one relax them; deserts any tension that exists, then the foot relax and keep respiring slowly, then letting go the heels, each ankle, calves of the legs, thighs and lower back, don’t continue until you have gone any strain or muscle contraction in the lower extremities, mental notes as this breathe. Notice how everything around you has a huge size (trees, logs, leaves, birds, etc …), enjoy the details, the shapes of leaves, size and color of flowers, the scent of soil moisture, the sound of ants crossing the forest, the clouds thru the sky, and the like. Later on you’re feeling that you walk and you become a giant … You see everything with a different dimension, you see little trees, homes and towns are at your feet, breathe too much air, and practice this exercise for as long as you need, like it.
